Besides our amazing list of official venues, there are a number of unique activities still planned for 2021:
Thursday March 4 Arnold's Bar and Grill 6P-8P Live music from Preston Charles 7P The Tapping of Bocks with Franciscan Monk Brother Tim Sucher- Join us as Brother Tim blesses the Bocks and we put all 11 on tap at once!
Saturday March 6 10A-1P Cincinnati Riverfront Volksmarch The Riverfront Volksmarch holds their monthly non-competitive Volksmarch walk of 5K through the gorgeous Cincinnati Riverfront Park System from Smale to Friendship Park along the Ohio River. They start and end at the Moerlein Lager House Restaurant and Brewery. Registration is between 10AM and Noon in the Lager House. Costs to register is $3. Kids are free. You start your Volksmarch walk at your leisure so there is no starting gun. For all participants that complete the Volksmarch (3.1 miles) you will receive a reward. Each Volksmarch will have a party at the end that starts at 11AM and Ends at 1PM. Visit their Facebook page for more details.
Saturday March 6 10A-3P Bockfest Book and Poster Signing with Artist Jim Effler
Bockfest Artist Jim Effler will be signing his new book "25 Years of Bockfest Posters" and a variety of previous and current Bockfest posters at the Moerlein Lager House. We will be practicing pandemic protocols. While we will be social distancing, everyone will have a safe social distancing session to meet Jim to sign your book or poster.
