Bockfest 5K
 Steps off at 10AM from Bockfest Hall
You’ll run for beer? Then we have the perfect event for you! The Sixth Annual Bockfest 5K happens Saturday morning at 10A, February 29, right in the middle of Bockfest Weekend! Run (or walk) past many of the historic brewery sites throughout OTR, then celebrate your finish with a cold one at Bockfest Hall as the Bockfest party gets started early with food, music and lots of fun! Proceeds support the Brewery District and the Brewing Heritage Trail. Remember, the Bockfest 5K is part of the Christian Moerlein Beer Series, so if you want to be a Brew Hog, you need to do all three events (Bockfest 5K, Little Kings Mile, Hudepohl 14K or 7K). Bockfest Hall

10AM till 1AM at the Christian Moerlein Brewery 1619 Moore Street
Bockfest Hall is the center of Bockfest activies on Saturday. Stop by and learn about our amazing history at the Heritage Series, you can even take a tour through some of the historic pre-Prohibition breweries including lagering cellars deep underground. The Bockfest Bloatarian Homebrew competion is judged, you can also try out numerous bock beers including special bock beers being tapped throughout the day! You can't take a tour or drink on an empty stomach, so sample the food from our fabulous vendors. FREE Admission all weekend long! Plus there is live music on two stages all day long! Bockfest Hall is FREE all weekend long (though tours have an additional charge).

Bock Beer Experience

Saturday afternoon from 12P-6P the Festival Tent hosts the Bock Beer Experience, where you can purchase a tasting ticket to try all the local bock beers on draft. Get details and tickets HERE.

Historic Tours

Join us for brewing heritage tours. Upon your return to Bockfest Hall, you will be treated to a complimentary beer (21+ please) and all the fantastic fun of Bockfest.​
