Goat Yoga![]() A 1 hour guided yoga session with goats! The session is gentle yoga for relaxation and stress reduction. It is appropriate for all ages and abilities that are in good physical health.
Let by Rob Burns of Good Green Earth Farm, he has been practicing Yoga and Meditation for over 20 years. He has an MS in Counseling from NKU, completed a Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga East in Louisville, KY in 2001 and then studied yoga and meditation in India in 2002 and 2008. He met his wife Messa while working as an Americorp Volunteer at Sunrock Farm in Wilder, KY; where they both fell in love with baby goats. Rob and Messa are now raising their four children at Good Green Earth Farm near Bethel, OH and are carrying on the work of Sunrock Farm to help children, families, and friends "Touch the Earth." Tickets are $30 and include a beer, quantities are limited and available HERE. Your own mats are required. |
Little Links CompetitionBockfest invites our smallest fans to participate in our first Little Links Pageant. Little Links participants are invited to dress in their best “Welcome Spring” attire, from traditional German attire, goats, monks – you name it! Participants will participate in a parade across the stage, and a select group picked by our "celebrity" judges will be asked a couple of fun questions to pick the winners.
Categories are based on age:
Pre-registration is required and is HERE. Registration ends at 5P on Friday, February 28. Registration is free, and top 3 contestants will receive prizes, plus participation prizes for all entries. The competition will be on Sunday, March 1 at 12 noon at Bockfest Hall. Participants should be on site by 11:30A and check in at the main stage in Bockfest Hall. |
